Radon (404,056) – All leases must include the following disclosure: The FL Residential Lease sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties under the laws of Florida. The Florida Residential Lease describes the type of property rented, defines the terms of the lease, as well as the amount of payment and the terms of termination of the contract.
